Membership

We train your team, and leave them with skills they own

What a membership is

A membership is how your firm builds its own Agent Skills Practice.

Every member gets the Agent Skills Library, a live cohort that teaches the team to use the skills and configure them for their own business, and a year of support. Priced per firm by headcount.

Up to 5 people

Included

  • Cohort seats for up to 5 people
  • Monthly office hours

18 hours of hands-on training

Twelve weekly live sessions of 90 minutes, with defined self-guided work in between. Every exercise ends in something the person made and can show — not a module they clicked through.

Foundations

What these tools are and what they are not, the four-part prompt, and producing deliverables in their real file formats rather than chat text.

Agent Skills

What a skill is, when it earns its place, and how to turn an existing SOP, checklist or template into one that runs reliably.

Responsible use and process design

Data boundaries, verification gates, and what stays human. Split by role: personal practice for individual contributors, process design and review for managers.

Connectors

What a connector changes, which ones a team can set up itself, and where permissions and data boundaries sit.

Department skills

Smaller working sessions by department. Pick the target, build it, test it on live work, and hand it to a colleague who did not build it.

Your own configuration

The last two weeks are spent configuring the library skills for your own products, customers and rules.

Three things a firm needs on day one.

A Claude Team plan

Or a plan to have one by the install session.

A named skill owner

The owner may be the owner; it is usually the inside sales lead.

One procedure worth writing down

The quote process is the default answer.

Custom — quoted after discovery

Skill customization, connectors, and brand work

Your team configures the library skills during the cohort, and we teach them how. When a firm wants us to build a skill, wire a connector to a system of record, or apply its brand across everything the skills produce, that is scoped separately.
